It has been way to long since I posted...but I have to be honest, I have spent the last two weeks in the water! We have had unreal weather...between 30 and 44 degrees every day. We have had tons of friends and family here visiting and making memories. My niece learned to water-ski, my two boys can both get up on one ski and I am enjoying my paddle board.

Port Alberni's Thunder in the Valley was a huge success.....but smoking hot!!!

The blaster is on site at Trestle this week "popping" the last bit of rock and then the remaining pipes will get put in and the ditches filled in.

I am planning on taking some realtors from my office into the lagoon on a barge to show them the perspective from the water. It is a totally different view and helps to paint the ultimate picture of our vision.

I will try to write more often....it should be easier now that I have internet inn my trailer.

Another overcast day at the lake. Perfect for getting my new site up and running.

Pat and Gerry Hickey will he hosting an Open House at Trestle RV Park on both Saturday and Sunday July 28th and 29th from 11:30-1:30.

The weather man is calling for the sun to shine again tomorrow with highs of 30!

I had better get all my computer work done so that I can enjoy the sun

Welcome to my first ever blog. I am going to use this blog as a forum to keep you all posted as to what is going on in the Great Central Lake area, as well as keep you updated and informed on our development projects.

It is overcast here today but I hear we are back on track for hot weather once again

We are working hard at Trestle RV Park, getting all the ditches dug and putting in the septic system. 

Since putting the lots on the MLS we are seeing a flurry of action so I am busy giving guided tours to clients and fellow realtors.
