Q-Would I own the lot?

A- Yes, it is essentially the same as buying a city lot, therefore qualifies for a mortgage.


Q- How much are the Strata Fees and what do they include?

A -The Strata fees are $75.63 a month and that covers your water, sewer, garbage, and maintenance of all common property.


Q- Are the sites allowed to be used year round?

A- The current zoning allows for you to stay 180 nights a year. However we also have permission for two full time residence for security purposes.


Q- Am I allowed a dock?

A- Yes, if you have a waterfront lot, you are allowed to build a dock. Otherwise there is a common pier and dock for the owners use.


Q- Am I allowed to build anything on my lot?

A- Yes, you may build a 10x10 shed without having to get a permit.


Q-Is there any laundry facilities?

A- Yes, there is an amenities building with Men and Women’s washrooms. Each has two showers and two toilets, as well as a laundry room with two washers and two dryers. The bathroom building is a beautiful building that was designed to be wheelchair accessible and esthetically appealing, it offers all the comforts of home.
